Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $85.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thespoiledbratlife.com with your order number and photos of the item.
